Volunteers Required -

Have you had experience of having cancer?

Would you like to support others who have or are in the process of going to their hospital to receive results?

We need people like you who understand how it feels to be going to see a consultant  waiting for results,  as you are the experts, no one can understand how they feel unless you have been in a similar situation.

We need volunteers to assist on behalf of CCC to outpatients clinic in our local hospital.  Full training will be given and on-going support.

You will assist in offering tea, coffee & biscuits to those waiting to be seen, while they may want to share their concerns and need someone who understands by being a listening ear.

You will need to be at least 2 years from your own experience

Be a good listening ear

If you would like further information or apply for the position pleas complete the form and forward to CCC.
