Home Start Hillingdon is a charity that offers befriending and practical help to parents with young children. We recruit and train volunteers to visit families with at least one child under 5 years old.

The Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre is based at the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre in Northwood. It provides support and information for people affected by cancer.

Michael Sobell House is a palliative care unit, treating patients with advancing cancers, specialising in the control of symptoms. MSH has 16 bedded in-patient units & a day centre, caring for 12 patients a day from the surrounding community.
